    1) Stevia-Sweetened Almond Ladoo:

    Ingredients:

    ▪️ 1 cup almond flour

    ▪️ 1/4 cup stevia powder or liquid stevia (adjust to taste)

    ▪️ 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)

    ▪️ 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

    ▪️ Chopped almonds for garnish

    How to Make:

    ▪️ Roast 1 cup almond flour in 2 tbsp ghee until light golden (5-7 mins).

    ▪️ Cool, then mix in 1/4 cup stevia and cardamom powder.

    ▪️ Shape into small ladoos, garnish with almonds.

    ▪️ Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.

    2) Stevia-Sweetened Rice Pudding (Kheer):

    Ingredients:

    ▪️ 1/2 cup Basmati rice

    ▪️ 4 cups low-fat milk

    ▪️ 1/4 cup stevia powder or liquid stevia (adjust to taste)

    ▪️ 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

    ▪️ 2 tablespoons chopped almonds and pistachios

    ▪️ 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands (optional for flavor and color)

    ▪️ A pinch of salt

    How to Make:

    ▪️ Rinse 1/2 cup Basmati rice, then cook it in 4 cups of low-fat milk until soft and thick.

    ▪️  Add 1/4 cup stevia, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir, cook for 5 mins.

    ▪️  Optionally, add saffron for flavor and color.

    ▪️  Garnish with chopped nuts. Serve warm or chilled.
